I hate bloggers who don’t post regularly…

This is me right now. I have had, like, zero time to do anything other than work at my real job and sleep for the past few weeks – it’s been totally manic. So, now that everything has calmed right down again (thank christ) I am able to all of the blogging that I’ve neglected. To kick-start this new leaf is a picture of my current manicure.ImageIf you know anything about me, you know that I love a Dotticure. I find that it’s the easiest form of nail art to do if you’re pushed for time and are still looking for an original, eye-catching design. I especially love the contrast of the white dots (Essie Blanc) on the black base (Essie Licorice). The only tool that you really need for this is a larger dotting tool – although any size dotting tool would work just fine.

As this bad boy is so easy to do but looks mega impressive, I’ve been toying with the idea of doing a series of nail art videos on my YouTube channel. I would showcase some of my favourite designs which are dead easy to do with a few nail art tools, that’s the plan anyway! I’m really enjoying making videos and even though I’ve encountered some stick from some “friends” I will continue to make a joke of myself and give as good as I get. I’ve never been one to shy away from putting myself out there and I don’t intend on stopping now.

Anyway, I have a few more projects in the pipeline – some business, some fun, some a bit of both – so in the meantime go and have a peek at the videos and catch me on Twitter and Instagram for tidbits and sneaky previews of what’s to come!
