Ojon Haircare

Howdy folks! I’ve got another beauty post for you today. You may have read my post from last month where I raved about the Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment. If you missed it then you can find it here. I’m back singing the praises of Ojon again but before we go any further, I would like to point out that I am in no way affiliated with this brand (or any brand for that matter). All of these puroducts were purchased with cold, hard cash and then gifted to me by my Grandparents. True story Bro. ONTO THE REVIEW!

First up is the Ojon Thickening Spray. I tend to use this when I am properly styling my hair to give it a bit more volume and it works a treat! Other thickening sprays tend to leave my hair feeling very weighted with product but not this little gem! The bottle lasts FOREVER (this is a reoccurring theme with this brand) and I quite enjoy the scent.

This is one of my star products for when I leave my hair straight. It adds a lovely shine to my hair when I haven’t bothered to use straighteners, and when I have the shine is immense. You only need the tiniest amount to achieve some serious shine, but be warned – if you use too much then it can look like an oil spill. Also avoid putting this anywhere near your roots. I learned that the hard way!

20130924-134641.jpgThis is one of my least favourite products from the range but I’ve included it because it’s my Grandad’s favourite. That’s right, I said GranDAD. He uses this every day and he swears that he has noticed a substantial reduction in hair loss. For a man of 71 this is a real concern! To all of the balding men out there: Grab yourself some Ojon. For me, it’s too much of a heavy product for my tresses. It is a thinner oil, but an oil nonetheless and they do not work well in my hair AT ALL. Maybe I will bring this out again on the day I pick up my bus pass.
